- DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- It is recommended though not necessary, to start with fresh clean water.
- At startup add 1/4 of an ounce of water stabilizer per 100 gallons of water. Add 1/4 of an ounce every 30-45 days to the barrel or after each water change.
- Water Stabilizer is compatible with chlorine & bromine.

General Shipping Information
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

- Most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure the fastest delivery.
- Signature is required for most large freight items.

Shipping by Brand
Dreampod
- Products are typically made to order and ship within 4–6 weeks.
- Shipped via LTL freight with curbside delivery.
- Customer must be present at delivery for inspection and signature.
- White glove delivery is not included but may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Dundalk Leisurecraft
- Custom cedar and barrel cold plunges are made-to-order in Canada.
- Estimated lead time: 4–6 weeks production + 7–10 days shipping.
- Shipped via freight to your driveway or curbside.
- Please inspect for visible damage upon delivery and notify us immediately.
Ice Barrel
- Ships from U.S. warehouses within 3–5 business days of purchase.
- Delivered via standard ground shipping (FedEx or UPS).
- Typically arrives within 5–10 business days after shipping.
Kryo
- Kryo cold plunges typically ship within 5–10 business days.
- Delivered via freight with curbside service.
- Delivery appointment will be scheduled by the freight carrier.
Medical Breakthrough
- Cold plunges ship via freight and typically take 2–3 weeks for delivery.
- Curbside freight delivery included; no installation provided.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting the product at delivery.
Delivery Notes & Responsibilities
- Curbside delivery means the item will be delivered to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible location — it’s your responsibility to move it indoors.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Re-routing fees due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
- For freight shipments, you must inspect the shipment upon arrival. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos.
Accessory & Small Item Shipping
- Items like cleaning kits, thermometers, covers, and smaller accessories typically ship within 2–3 business days.
- Delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground, depending on size and location.
- Tracking info will be provided.
Shipping Delays or Backorders
While we do our best to provide accurate shipping timelines, some delays may occur due to:
- Manufacturer backlog or material shortages
- High seasonal demand
- Carrier delays
If your order is affected by a backorder, we’ll contact you promptly with updates or alternative options.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. For freight deliveries, the carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Products that have been filled with water, installed, or show signs of wear cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Custom-built products (such as select Dreampod, Dundalk Leisurecraft, or Medical Breakthrough units) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@premiumplunge.com with your order number, product(s) you’d like to return, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your cold plunge tub or accessories arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos or video showing the issue so we can file a carrier claim and ship you a replacement or resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different model or item, please return the unused product and place a new order.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
- Allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@premiumplunge.com for assistance.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
