Delivery Notes & Responsibilities

  • Curbside deliveryĀ means the item will be delivered to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible location — it’s your responsibility to move it indoors.
  • Please ensure yourĀ shipping address is correct. Re-routing fees due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For freight shipments,Ā you must inspectĀ the shipment upon arrival. If damage is visible,Ā note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hoursĀ with photos.

Accessory & Small Item Shipping

  • Items like cleaning kits, thermometers, covers, and smaller accessories typically ship withinĀ 2–3 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Custom-built products (such as select Dreampod, Dundalk Leisurecraft, or Medical Breakthrough units) areĀ non-returnableĀ unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different model or item, please return the unused product and place a new order.

Refunds

  • AllowĀ up to 10 business daysĀ for processing.
